"Black head" boletus mushrooms (porcini mushrooms) are known for their dark brown caps. Their sweet and aromatic taste is fantastic with several dishes: they are perfect for use in sauces, soup, and meat. Or, you can simply warm them up in a pan and use them as a side dish served with rice and pasta. These mushrooms are put into glass jars with all the other ingredients. The product is then pasteurized and labeled. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
