As the specialist running our in-house cheese processing operations, she expertly manages a range of critical tasks—from maintaining our diverse stock of imported cheeses to cutting and packing whole wheels into smaller portions. Sharpened with years of experience, her keen eye and sense of smell ensure we always offer our valued customers only the finest and highest-quality cheeses.
