The Nordic Ware Blini/Pancake Pan is perfect for making light and fluffy blinis. This cast aluminum pan has a non-stick surface that makes it easy to remove the blinis, and the 2.75" diameter size is perfect for serving 2-3 blinis per person.

Wash in hot, soapy water; dry. After using, wash in warm, soapy water, dry and store. To remove baked-on food particles, use a cleaning pad designed for non-stick finishes.
