Marky's Private Stock hybrid Kaluga Royal Amber caviar comes from the finest farm-raised Amur x Kaluga hybrid sturgeon. Also known as the "river Beluga," the Kaluga sturgeon is a close relative of the Caspian Sea sturgeons but inhabits the Amur River basin alongside the smaller Amur sturgeon.

These firm, rich chocolate brown and radiant amber pearls range from medium to large size and are delicately filled with a buttery and sweet flavor.

• If you need your caviar by a specific date, we strongly recommend scheduling its delivery at least 2-3 days in advance to avoid potential shipping delays. When kept refrigerated below 38 °F (3.3 °C), unopened caviar has up to a 6 week shelf life. Once opened, it's best to consume it within 3 days.
