Cooking Instructions: Put 600 ml of water in a saucepan and bring it to boil. Add the risotto and cook for 15 minutes without a lid over medium heat, stirring every now and then, until the water is completely soaked up by the risotto. Serve with a bit of butter and a few spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese. The whole jar (8 oz/220 g) yields 2-3 portions.
